My 2nd Weeks..

I was hiding myself in a training room for almost 2 weeks!! yet to have the chance to get my butt warm @ my own chair & desk! Finally...I back to my workstation todaY!!!

My colleague was trying to take a panorama view of the office from his desk with his new toy-PDA. That's why the picture dimmed a little .

Bursting soon..too much of "alien" terms in my mind. Yesterday, was on the phone with my buddy, she asked me - "How do you feel ar? Do you feel tense and anxious at new job?" Well...would say..most people seek refuge from this situation by trying a quick fix or two like calling a friend, or going away for the weekend in an attempt to escape it all. ..Yup!I am, I'm so stress up with 'picking up' those "alien" terms ~ No ways.. must unwind myself for a movie this weekend & relieving some of that stress.

Ian :Ok. let's go for a movie -"Dark Knight" @ signature garden ok?
Sharon: Ok, since my fren adrian rate it with good comments. Not bad..

New Venture~

Today is my 6th day at my new venture..still in familiarization stage. What to expect, it's just sixth day ~ ...Not really use to this working environment where everyone is busy with their own assignment. I'm struggling myself in picking up those 'alien' term in customer business planning. Once my direct superior back from her maternity leave, I will assign to business planing stimulation. What is it? I'm starting to doubt about it.

Sigh..it looked like an alien to me, after trying some test scripts on the module, get clue a little. I have no regret that I chose to step into this venture, it is another world for me to jumpin in & explore in..

Share with you,...There is valueable, priceless & hidden encouragement to me, which is a "notepad" from someone- SH. This notepad stated:-
"Be positive always, Never give up before you even try, Nothing is really over until you stop trying. Never say it's impossible before you pursue the way you think is possible...... Never allow obstacles to stop you ,confront & transform them to opportunities. Always believe in youself,ur happiness is in your hands..."

So touch~..

Japanese Style Curry Chicken~

Nothing much to do during this weekend, mm..mmm....he suggested to cook jap-style curry for dinner. We went to hypermarket & get some veges (onions, carrot & potatoes),chicken, soba's ingredient, pre-made ebi-fried, of cos a Pre-made Japanese Curry roux. That's the easiest meal that I need to prepare for dinner!

Langkah Pertama:-
Cut potatoes, carrots, and chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice the onions.

Langkah Kedua:-
Heat a deep pan and saute the chicken & potatoes till yellowish, then add onion & carrots into the pan and saute together.

Langkah Ketiga:-
Add water in the pan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and cook for 40-50 min. Add curry roux in the pan and simmer for 10 min.

Langkah terakhir:-
Serve the curry over steamed rice.

Day 2

Tokyo is a happening place, this time we going to explore some newest sightseeing places, shopping mall wit combination of the traditional travel spot. However, Tokyo is the most populous prefecture & one of the largest cities in the world with a total population of over 8 million people.

Yasukuni Shrine -靖国神社 Yasukunijinja is a shrine established for commemorate and to show appreciation and respect to those who dedicated their precious lives.

After Yasukuni Shrine, it's time for us to proceed with Hanami~ Hanami literally means "flower viewing", however, commonly refers only to cherry blossom viewing.

Ueno Park is a large public park just next to Ueno Station. It was opened to the public in 1873, and offers its visitors a large variety of attractions. One of the must-see area in Tokyo, Japan.
The Japanese celebrate this time of the year with hanami parties under the blooming trees. Therefore, it is a common practice to reserve a picnic spot long before the party is held. The typical praxis is to spread one's picnic sheet early in the morning and either mark it with the group's name and party's starting time or to have somebody positioned there during the day until the rest of the group arrives after work.
You will never forget the beauty of any single blossoms spot~

The trees appear as beautiful clouds, while the beauty of single blossoms can be enjoyed from a close distance.

Yogiee~ & Eatiiiee for a Day~

Woah...It's been so long didn't attend Nicola's class with Ian & Chris, was invigorate our whole body with headstand yoga position -"King of Asanas", Woah~ quite hard at the begining, worried that I'll fall to the ground lol..

Instructor said objective of the today's class is .... to relax your mind & your entire body!!! Sitting and standing for most of the day causes your circulation to become sluggish, so your heart has to work harder to pump sufficient blood to the upper parts of your body. Normally, your heart works against gravity ~.... inverting your entire body, lessens the strain on your heart, and allows a plentiful supply of oxygen & rich blood to reach your head and brain.

As such, to begin with this post, you may wish just to undertake the child's pose, progressing to the full headstand ~.

Headstand - "can reduce facial wrinkles & kept you look younger if practice regularly" - Dont believe? ---> Google here
